Sara Phelps
Helping you with your agricultural land needs, ranch dreams, and/or future developments, is important to me. Ag Land, Ranch & Home Realty and my team have great resources to make your job easier.
First, allow me to introduce myself. I am Sara Phelps, a proud
owner of Ag Land, Ranch & Home Realty. I am also the real
estate broker for this company. I specialize in land sales.
Currently there are 2 offices available to assist you in your
real estate needs; one in King City, CA and the other in Salinas,
CA. Being that I live in Salinas, it is logical to have a
place of business here. I chose to focus on Southern Monterey
County too for several reasons. The community atmosphere in
Chualar, Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, King City and Lockwood
are like no other. These communities still have the “small
town” feel with extremely kind people that will pull
together to help any local person in need. Furthermore, this
area is filled with opportunity. The opportunity to own more
land, grow your own vineyard, or develop a new community.
In fact, my husband and I plan on relocating to this area
in the next few years. Working in this area for the last 7
years has been a pleasure and I am looking forward to many
years to come.
The real estate and development business have been a part
of my life for 11 years. Prior to venturing out on my own,
I was a Developer Sales Representative with Old Republic Title
Company for almost 6 years. Due to marketing Monterey County
for several years, I am very familiar with the communities
in this county. I have developed great relationships with
all the cities and their officials in this County. Attending
endless planning commission and board of supervisors meetings
has not only kept me abreast of the developments in the future,
but also the process of subdividing land and developing mixed
use projects in Monterey County. My time in the business has
also allowed me to make long lasting relationships with several
land owners and developers throughout the state of California.
Kim Tankersley
To begin, my name is Kim Tankersley. I am excited to be joining Ag Land, Ranch and Home Realty as a realtor. I have worked extensively with Sara Phelps in the past while she was employed with Old Republic Title Company. While working together, I discovered our work ethics and philosophies are very similar.
I am proud to say I am a Salinas Valley native. Originally my family lived in Soledad and relocated to Salinas (Highway 68) area when I began school. I attended grammar and high school in Salinas. To further my education, I attended Cuesta Community Collegein San Luis Obispo and also University of Nevada, Reno. Although I enjoyed my time away, I quickly realized my emotional attachment to the Salinas Valley. It is my home! Living and raising my own family anywhere but the Salinas Valley seemed unreasonable. Fortunately, I married a South County boy and found myself again living in Southern Monterey County. Our roots remainin this valley as we raise our three kids and live in our dream home that we built in 2006 in the San Antonio Valley.
I was fortunate to start my career in Real Estate Sales during a booming time. Southern Monterey County is full of exciting opportunities for business and individuals alike. Because of this, I have had lots of experience in brokering many different types of transactions. These transactions include selling raw land, homes with acreage, and homes in town. Iam looking forward to a long career in Real Estate.
My philosophy about doing business is simple: "Treat people with honesty, respect and fairness. A good reputation will gain new business and repeat clients every time!" I will do whatever I can to make a real estate saleor purchase as easy as possible for my clients. I meet with clients at their convenience and easiest location. I do whatever it takes to make my clients'transaction easy. I realize not only that my clients' time is precious, but also that their real estate transaction may be the largest financial matter oftheir life. I pride myself in taking care of my clients by always going that extra mile.
Nicole LeGault
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nicole LeGault and I am a Monterey County native. Though I've only recently relocated to King City, I consider it my home. Because most of my childhood years were spent in Pine Canyon, South County has always had a place in my heart. In addition, I am very familiar with the area giving me a definite advantage in the real estate business. My hobbies include spending time with my family, horseback riding, playing golf, mountain biking and snowboarding. Among being outdoors, I love being in the real estate business. Being in the real estate business for several years, I have seen the market change and understand "todayís market." I work beside one of South County's top Brokers, Sara Phelps, along with a great team which includes Kim Tankersley, Realtor and Liz Pace, Loan Officer. At our office, Ag Land, Ranch, and Home Realty, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest of standards set by Mrs. Phelps.
